Frozen apricot daiquiri. Rum based alcoholic mixed drink. Very easy and delicious. An excellent choice for hot summer day.
4 oz (120 ml) rum
3 oz (90 ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
3 oz (90 ml) simple syrup
5 sprigs of mint
6 fresh apricots,pitted
- In a blender,combine all ingredients,except sprigs of mint.
- Blend until smooth.
- Fill the blender with crushed ice and blend until ice has been broken up and the drink is smooth and thick.
- Pour apricot mixture into daiquiri glass.
- Garnish with sprig of mint and serve.
